When work colleagues become a team! A regatta is the perfect team-building activity as cooperation and coordination are key. Teams need to work as one, under the watchful eye of the skipper, to operate the boat and compete in the race. Whether in catamarans, traditional sailing boats or modern racers, you can be sure that the combination of the sea breeze, the Mediterranean sun, and a lot of teamwork will make for an unforgettable experience.
Aside from sailing, other sea activities include coastal explorations by canoe, jetskiing, speedboat outings, and inflatable fun on banana boats and the like!

Suspended in the sky: treetop assault courses and Via Ferrata

 
Treetop fun: free your hidden Tarzan and complete a treetop assault course, safe in the knowledge that your safety rope will keep you at the top of the trees!
Via Ferrata: a sort of guided walk through mountainous terrain, Via Ferrata (‘iron roads’ in Italian) offers a safer way to experience the thrill of the mountain, with rope bridges, nets, ladders, rope slides etc. Participants will learn to overcome their fears and surpass themselves in this unique challenge.

Irish Olympic Games

This is our most popular activity which includes a range of Irish traditional sporting activities and novelty events. This fun and humorous event helps develop team play and motivation skills as well as allowing individuals draw on their personal skills to develop a cohesive team spirit. Loads of fun in this event helps create the memories of a great day out.

BALE PUSHING
Let the games begin! Team relay race pushing large bales of straw.

WHEELBARROW RACE
Against the clock - blindfolded driver being guided by passenger through an obstacle course.

SHEAF TOSSING
Individual task - using a pitch fork to toss a sheaf of straw over a bar.

PUC FADA
Individual task using a hurley stick to strike a ball.

WELLY THROWING
Everybody's favourite - throwing wellys over a distance.

TUG 'O' WAR
The big team challenge - testing team strength and co-ordination using a large rope as team pulls against team.

TURF STACKING
Has your team got the engineering skills to set a new record in this challenging event. Not as easy as it looks!

ADDITIONAL IRISH OLYMPIC ACTIVITIES
For those groups who want to add a little bit of extra time and spice to their Olympic programme we can offer two elements each of which take approximately 30 minutes.

HUMAN SHEEP HERDING EVENT
Here the team becomes the working sheep dog and must do his work of herding the sheep into the pen - hilarious addition to the Olympics.

TYSON THE FARM RAM
Each team is presented with the task of guessing the weight of 'Tyson' the farm ram. He has been carefully washed and manicured in preparation for this event - but first you must catch him!
